System Status

This payload is signed by the receiver's own key (never the bot host's — see live.phicycle.org for that one). Fetch status.json and status.sig.json and verify against key_id —, whose public key is committed at domain/keys/receiver-status-signing.pub.json. This public heartbeat is purely observational and has no relationship to this project's own internal failover/takeover mechanism.
